    Apply to participate as a winery at the 2025 Foothills Wine & Brewfest. Please complete all fields and submit your application online. • Applications are due by September 12 , 2026.II. BREWERY LOGO• Please send a high-resolution Brewery Logo (jpg format) to info@foothillsbrewfest.comIII. BREWERY INFORMATION• Entrance to the festival for set-up will open at 10:00 AM• Booth set-up by 11:30 AM; First pour at 12:00 PM• Breweries receive two (2) VIP event access bands• Attendees receive 4 oz. pours• Brewers or distributors should bring a minimum of 20 gallons of beer in any keg format.○ Foothills Brewfest will compensate all breweries up to $250.00 to offset the cost of beer upon receipt of an invoice• All booth locations are a 10’ x 10’ space.• Ice will be provided• Table will be provided• Event ends at 5:00 PM• Brewers will act as knowledgeable representatives of their product• All participating breweries will be listed at www.foothillsbrewfest.com
