Foothills Wine & Brewfest 2025 Winery Application
Apply to participate as a winery at the 2025 Foothills Wine & Brewfest. Please complete all fields and submit your application online. II. WINERY LOGO · Please send a high-resolution Winery Logo (jpg format) to info@foothillsbrewfest.comIII. WINERY INFORMATION· Entrance to the festival for set-up will open at 10:00 AM· Booth set-up by 11:30 AM; First pour at 12:00 PM· Wineries receive two (2) VIP event access bands· Attendees receive 1 oz. pours· Wineries or distributors should bring a minimum of 2-4 wines and be prepared to pour 1 oz. tastes for up to 700 attendees.○ Foothills Wine & Brewfest will compensate all wineries up to $250.00 to offset the cost of wine upon receipt of an invoice· All booth locations are a 10’ x 10’ space.· Ice and rinse pitchers will be provided· 8’ Table will be provided · Event ends at 5:00 PM· Wineries will act as knowledgeable representatives of their product· All participating wineries will be listed at www.foothillsbrewfest.com

Upon execution of this contract with Foothills Wine & Brewfest, our company named above agrees toparticipate in the Foothills Wine & Brewfest to be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at Carl Swain Field at Recreation Park in Auburn, CA.Brewery will be responsible for handling product liability during the Wine & Brewfest Event. In reserving one (1) space, Brewery agrees to hold harmless Auburn Recreation and Park District, the Rotary Club of Auburn and all sponsors, organizers and participants and their insurance carriers, their agents, or members, from all liability, damages, expenses, and claims that may occur during this event. The vendor agrees to participate and abide by the terms and conditions explained to them and set forth in this agreement.This certifies that Foothills Wine & Brewfest has been granted permission by our company named above, to use our company name, logo art and product description for the limited purpose of promoting the 2026 Foothills Wine & Brewfest. It is understood that promotional strategies for this event may include print, broadcast advertising, and the production and distribution of promotional merchandise.PHOTOGRAPHY: I agree to allow photographs to be taken at the event, to be used for advertising, marketing, and general promotional purposes at any time in the future. I fully release such photographs, or rights in such photographs, free of charge, to the event organizers. The photographs may be used, or edited or use, without further need of consent from me or compensation for me.
