  • We are excited about your interest in joining the Food Festival with Roam Wild Market, taking place in the heart of downtown St. George. This special event is a passion project created by Ashley Tiller and Kat Puzey — two event coordinators with more than 15 years of combined experience in live events and market coordination. Their attention to detail, love for building community, and passion for thoughtfully crafted products create a market experience unlike any other.

    Set against the stunning red rock landscapes of Southern Utah, this festival is designed to give shoppers a one-of-a-kind experience where they can let their hearts roam wild while discovering unique and incredible food vendors all in one place. Roam Wild Market brings together an unforgettable weekend filled with live music, amazing food, and a vibrant community atmosphere.

  • INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. PLEASE HIT PRINT OR THE PDF DOWNLOAD OPTION BEFORE SUBMITTING TO RETAIN A COPY OF GUIDELINES AND PROTOCOLS FOR YOUR RECORDS.
  • Each vendor is thoroughly vetted to make sure information provided is correct. Please allow a MINIMUM of 2 weeks for the application process. In categories where there is an overwhelming amount of vendors, it could take longer.  

    When you apply to this market it is for a two day event for Friday & Saturday we do not offer vendors to only do one of the days of the market. Security will be on site for overnight.

    Once you are accepted, you will receive a welcome email from roamwildmarket@gmail.com that will also contain a link to policies and procedures for the event that will need to be signed. The staff will not communicate from any other account than this one. BEWARE OF SCAMMERS.

  • Food Handlers/Cottage Kitchen

  • All food must be certified for this market. You can obtain a temporary food establishment permit through the Southern Utah Health Department. A cottage Kitchen permit or proof of commercial kitchen is also acceptable.

    All prepackaged food must be labeled clearly with the following information: your name, the address where the food was prepared, and a statement listing whether or not the food or food product contains, or was prepared in a location that also handles common allergens.

    Anyone preparing food or giving out samples of products MUST have a hand washing station. You must be able to wash your hands regardless of gloves.

  • INSURANCE, LICENSES, AND TAXES

  • Each participant will be issued a temporary business license through Roam Wild Markets. It is good ONLY for Roam Wild Market and it is your responsibility to track your sales and pay the related taxes. 

  • PRODUCT

  • 1. WE ALLOW RESALE. We do not want resale to over-run the small batch handmade products so these vendors will comprise a lower percentage of the overall market.

    2. WE DO NOT ALLOW THE SALE OF LIVE ANIMALS.

    3. We have the right to refuse a product that does not meet the standard quality or that is too similar to another product being sold. This means if we feel like your craftsmanship is not on the appropriate level your items will be denied.

    4. Roam Wild does not allow products to be sold that we feel represent or promote bigotry, hate, extreme violence, are politically charged, or any other inappropriate materials including untasteful pornographic materials. 

    5. There is no power provided. If you need power you will need to bring a silent generator.

    6. Please keep in mind you will have to haul your product into the event. We do not offer pull up to the spot to unload.

    7. You need to provide battery operated lights to light up your booth for Friday & Saturday Night.

    8. There will be overnight security. You can take your product home if you want to but we do require you leave your pop up and set up there. And the next day you will just need to haul your product back into the event we won't allow cars to pull into the event the next day to unload.

  • WAIVER/LIABILITY:

  • Roam Wild Market is not liable for any injury, theft, or damage to either the buyer or the seller or their property, arising out of or pertaining to preparation for or participation in the market, whether such injury, theft or damage occurred prior to, during, or after the hours of operation of the Roam Wild Market. Seller further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Roam Wild Market for and against any and all claims for such injury, theft and/or damages. Seller assumes full liability for their vehicles, structures, fixtures and the product(s) they market or sell and by participation in the market. I hereby agree to hold Roam Wild Market and/or their representatives harmless against any and all claims such as but not limited to injury, theft or damage by any buyer, seller, or other persons resulting from or pertaining to the use, consumption, marketing tactics, display, negligence or disposition of seller’s products, vehicles, fixtures or structures.

  • MARKETING

  • 1. The Roam Wild Market team will do its best to represent Roam Wild and their vendors through means of advertising, social media, newsletters, and websites.

    2. It is in the best interest of the vendors to provide their customers with information and promote Roam Wild by sharing the provided informations/memes generated by the Team.

    3. Roam Wild will use any information provided by the vendors during the application process for any marketing purposes. If any information changes, it is up to the vendor to provide updated information to the Team.

    4. You hereby release any photos taken of you, your booth, and your products at the event to be used by the Roam Wild team for marketing and social media use for current and future Roam Wild Events.

    5. You will not be featured on any of our marketing on social media until your invoice is paid in full.

  • Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • Once your application is accepted, you will have 30 days to pay your invoice in full.
    If payment is not received within that time, your application will be rejected.

    After the payment is made, you will have 7 days to cancel your spot at the market for a full refund.


    After those 7 days, the payment becomes non-refundable.

  • ENFORCEMENT & NONCOMPLAINCE:

  • Enforcement of market guidelines is the responsibility of the market coordinators and staff. Please report any suspected offenses to one of the Roam Wild team members. Any vendor found not in compliance will be given one warning with minor issues and then if the issue can't be resolved they will be asked to leave.

    THE MARKET TEAM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISCONTINUE PARTICIPATION OF ANY VENDOR WITHOUT A FIRST WARNING FOR SEVERE OFFENSES OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE TEAM QUESTIONS THEIR SAFETY.

    Market Management reserves the right to refuse acceptance or deny continued participation of any vendor or product AT ANY TIME.

    Market Management reserves the right to remove, excuse, or discontinue participation in the event to any vendor who disrespects the staff, volunteers, or the integrity of the event. THIS IS EXTENDED TO SOCIAL MEDIA. Any vendor who is posting negative comments about the event and staff will be excused.

    Market Management has the authority to ask any vendor(s) to remove themselves or any product not previously approved by market management.

  • Market Management reserves the right to remove any vendors whose behavior is preceived as combative to the processes or event regulations. This also applies to any vendor whose behavior or comments are perceived as racist, offensive, threatening, or insulting. Roam Wild Market is an inclusive community event and such actions will not be tolerated by The Roam Wild Staff. Any such behavior will result in immediate dismissal from the market and terminate further participation.
