• Assist mentees in navigating career goals and challenges
• Share life, faith, and professional experience
• Help broaden mentees’ professional networks
• Provide constructive feedback and encouragement
• Support mentees in their personal and faith journeys

Communication Cadence

• Mentors and mentees will determine a communication cadence that works best for them
• You can meet once per quarter or once per month
• Meetings may occur in person, virtually, or via phone call

Organization Overview

• YCP Austin is a networking group for 22- to 39-year-olds in the Diocese of Austin with the goal of building relationships, growing closer to God, and developing as servant leaders so we can better serve our families, parishes, and professions.
