This booking form is for HALF DAY appointments only!

This appointment option is best suited for medium-sized pieces such as smaller arm or leg projects, medium floral work, ornamental pieces, or projects that can reasonably be completed within a half day session.

Please note that booking a full day session does not guarantee that the project will be completed within that timeframe. However, we can accomplish a significant amount of work during your appointment.

I typically take up to 1 week to respond to booking requests, so please be patient with me.

Skin conditions (Rashes, eczema, freckles, etc.) Allergic reactions (metals, inks, creams, latex, etc.). Submit Your Tattoo Request* This field is required.Please make sure everything is filled out correctly and photos are attached! Failure to correctly fill out the form will result in your submission being denied. By submitting this form, you are agreeing to all terms in my FAQ. Keep an eye on your EMAIL as that’s where all contact for booking will be directed. Unfortunately, I am not able to take on every submission and can only book so many people. If your concept is something that does not fit my current focus/style/portfolio, I will decline the proposal. Please know that this isn't personal. I am always happy to offer recommendations or other artists that may be available to fit your request.
