Thank you for choosing Ken’s Kreationss! Please complete this form with as much detail as possible. Once your form is submitted, you will receive a quote and invoice within 24–48 business hours.
By placing an order with Ken’s Kreationss, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 💳 Payment Policy: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all custom orders.Orders under $50 may require full payment upfront. No design work or production will begin until payment is received. The remaining balance must be paid in full before pickup, delivery, or shipping. ⏰ Turnaround Time: Standard turnaround time is 7–14 business days. Turnaround begins only after:All order details are finalized. The required deposit has been paid.All necessary files, logos, and inspiration photos have been submitted. Large, highly customized, or bulk orders may require additional time. ⚡ Rush Orders: Rush orders are accepted based on availability only. Additional rush fees apply. Rush order deadlines are not guaranteed until payment is received. 🎨 Design Revisions: Each order includes up to two minor revisions.Additional revisions may incur an extra design fee. ❌ Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. Once materials are ordered or production has begun, orders cannot be canceled for a refund. 🔁 Refund Policy: Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds, replacements, or store credit are only offered if an error is made by Ken’s Kreationss. 📦 Shipping Policy: Shipping is available at the customer’s expense. Tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped.Ken’s Kreationss is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers. 🚗 Delivery Policy: Local delivery is available for an additional fee based on location and distance. Delivery fees must be paid in full before delivery. Delivery is subject to schedule availability. Someone must be available to receive the order at the agreed-upon time and location. 📍 Pickup Policy: Customers will be notified when their order is ready. Orders should be picked up within 7 days unless prior arrangements are made. 📸 Photo Usage: Ken’s Kreationss may photograph completed items for marketing and social media unless the customer requests otherwise. 📝 Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for reviewing all spelling, dates, and details provided in the order.
