Appointments & Cancellations
Please read the following policies and check the boxes to acknowledge them.
You will receive a text message the day you book with your appointment details. You will also receive a confirmation text 48 hours before, and a reminder 24 hours before your appointment. Any cancellations not made 48 hours before may be subject to pay 50% of cost of service.
There is a 15 minute grace period for your appointment. Please do not be afraid to let me know if you're running late! Anyone late 15 minutes or more may be subject to reschedule or adjusting services depending on my schedule.
No call, no shows may be subject to pay 50% of cost of service to make up for missed appointment.
Repeat offenders may be subject to paying a 20% deposit to prebook for future appointments (non refundable, amount applied at end of service)
Refunds & Redo’s

I offer a 7 day guarantee on all color and haircut appointments. If your service did not go as planned or something needs adjusting, you have seven days to let me know. Anything past seven days will be considered a new appointment.
I do not offer refunds. However, I am willing to adjust anything free of charge, with proper notification.
I cannot guarantee any color if improper products are being used at home. Let me know if you’d like to discuss appropriate products that fit your needs!
Miscellaneous

My standard business hours are typically Tuesday and Wednesday, 10:00 - 7:00; and Saturday 9:00-4:00. I do my best to answer messages Monday - Saturday, 8:00 - 6:00. Please be patient with response times, especially after hours or on weekends.
Please do not wear any important/expensive clothing to your appointment. I do my best to ensure you are properly covered but accidents do happen.
I am human! I do my best each and every time you are in my chair. Please be kind, and respectful of me and my time, as well as other clients!
