Records and Reports:
You are required to keep a record of all receipts and expenditures relating to this grant and to provide NCBA with a written report summarizing the project promptly following the end of the period during which you are to use all grant funds. NCBA will require a final report no later than May 31, 2027.

Your report should describe your progress in achieving the purposes of the grant. This report should include any goals achieved, events hosted, partnerships built, community impacts, etc., in regards to the work you expressed in your original application. You also agree to provide any other information reasonably requested by the North Carolina Black Alliance.
