  • All payments made toward the 3-month facial package are strictly non-refundable. This includes full payments and installment plans. Once the package is purchased, no refunds will be issued for unused sessions, missed appointments, or change of circumstances.

  • Payment Terms

  • We offer the option to pay in two (2) instalments:
    • 75% payment is required at the first appointment
    • The remaining balance must be paid in full at the second appointment
  • Failure to complete the second payment may result in suspension of remaining sessions until the balance is cleared.

  • Cancellation Policy

  • Clients are allowed a maximum of two (2) cancellations during the duration of the package.
    • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment
    • Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the session being deducted from the package
    • After two cancellations, any further missed or cancelled appointments will be considered forfeited and counted as used sessions

  • Late Arrivals

  • Clients arriving late may receive a shortened treatment time to avoid disruption to other scheduled appointments. Full session charges will still apply.

  • Package Validity

  • The package must be used within the 3-month validity period from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions after this period will expire.
