Submit the form below to participate in the 2026 Great Smoky Arts & Crafts Thanksgiving Craft Show November 24th - 29th, 2026.

This is a 6 day show Located at the Gatlinburg Convention Center 234 Airport Rd, Gatlinburg, TN 37738.

Set up is November 23rd 10am - 6pm.

Full Booths 10'x15' $475 (GSACC Members recieve the usual discount).

Show Hours are November 24th -28th 10am-5pm & November 29th 10am-4pm.

This event is long running, well established, and is highly attended in downtown Gatlinburg. Entrance to the convention center is on the main parkway with the busy tourist foot traffic walking right in.

The historic Great Smoky Arts & Crafts Community is the largest group of independent craft artisans in the United States located on the 8-mile Loop in Gatlinburg Tennessee.

Craft show will be free admission to the public with thousands of people attending each year.

This is a hand-crafted juried show. Once you apply, our show committee will review at their next meeting and get back with you.

Description of your Products:
This is a Juried Show! If you have not exhibited with GSACC in the past 12 months, you are requested to submit 3 photos (1 being of your set-up). If you are requesting to exhibit new items, please list those and list all items that will be included in your exhibit. Only crafts that you make yourself are to be exhibited and sold. As this is a hand-crafted market highlighting your work, you may not sell purchased items or “Computer Generated” work.

Table/Chair/Drape Rentals optional:
If you need to rent tables, chairs or pipe and drape please indicate here. *Table rental @ $25. *Chair rental @ $3. *Side Drape $15.- per 10’
Payment
A $100 deposit per booth is required after submitting this application. If your application is approved you will recieve an approval email and invoice for the remaining balance. If your application is not approved or is waitlisted we will notify you and return 100% of your deposit. If your application moves to the top of the waitlist, we will contact you to see if you wish to continue and invoice you to resubmit deposit.

Balance is due by August 24, 2026. If you need more time please contact us. As crafters we understand.

Otherwise, if not paid in full by the due date, we will move to the next person waitlisted for your craft category. Deposit is non-refundable in this situation.

Applications received after the due date must pay in full once accepted.
Electricity Ordering Optional

Electricity for your booth should be ordered by you through the Convention Center no less than 14 days prior to show: *Go to www.meetings.gatlinburg.com Click on Convention Center tab. Click Online Ordering *Select our event *Select the service you are ordering *You will be given a booth # prior to the show.
Additional Comments/Questions:
We can not guarantee booth placement, but we will make every effort to accommodate.
All Booths should be decorated in an attractive manner with tables being draped to the floor. This enhances your craft, contributes to the overall appearance of the show & increases sales. You are encouraged to demonstrate. Submiting this application certifies that you have read and you agree to this application, which is a contract, and to the “Conditions and Rules of this Show”.
