Each plated dinner will include the following:
DoubleTree Salad: mixed greens with cucumber, carrots, shaved red onion, tomatoes, feta cheese, toasted pumpkin seeds, and cilantro-lime vinaigrette
Dinner rolls served with butter
Entrée selections:
Seared choice filet with cabernet demi-glace, accompanied by potato gratin and seasonal vegetables
Bruschetta chicken: chicken breast topped with roasted garlic bruschetta and served with herb-scented rice
Sole Florentine: filet of sole with saffron-lobster cream, spinach, and caramelized shallots, served with saffron orzo pilaf and seasonal vegetables
Dessert: New York cheesecake, served with coffee and tea
