Event Information & Artist Acknowledgement
Please read and acknowledge the following:

Artists must provide their own tables, chairs, tents, display materials, lighting, and setup equipment.

White-top tents are strongly preferred when possible.

Artists are responsible for setup, breakdown, and supervision of their space throughout the event.

This event is focused on creative engagement, demonstrations, and artist interaction with the public.

Submission does not guarantee acceptance.

ShenArts reserves the right to curate participants to ensure a balanced and engaging event experience.

Artists retain all rights to their artwork; however, ShenArts may photograph booths, demonstrations, and artwork for promotional and archival purposes.

This is a rain or shine event.

By participating, artists acknowledge that they do so at their own risk. ShenArts, event partners, sponsors, and the City of Winchester are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, injury, or accidents occurring during the event except in cases of direct negligence.

Artists agree to maintain a safe, respectful, and family-friendly environment within their booth or demonstration area. ShenArts reserves the right to ask participants to modify or remove displays, activities, or behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate for the event.

Artists using tents must ensure tents are properly weighted and secured at all times for public safety.

Artists are responsible for leaving their area clean and free of trash, materials, or debris at the conclusion of the event.
