Story Submission Release & Permission Agreement
By submitting my audio recording, video, written story, photograph, likeness, voice, name, or any related materials (“Submission”) to Comfort Cases, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I voluntarily grant Comfort Cases, its representatives, partners, licensees, successors and assigns the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, display, adapt, modify, create derivative works from, and share my Submission, in whole or in part, in any format or media now known or later developed.
This includes, but is not limited to:
podcasts and audio programming
videos and documentaries
social media
websites
fundraising and awareness campaigns
educational materials
advocacy initiatives
media and press materials
future Comfort Cases projects and productions
I understand that my Submission may be edited for clarity, length, production quality or storytelling purposes.
I understand that Comfort Cases may use my first name, full name, image, likeness, voice, story details, and other identifying information unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
I acknowledge that my Submission is voluntary and that I will not receive compensation, royalties or future payment for its use.
I confirm that:
I am the creator of the submitted material, or otherwise have the legal right to share it;
the information I am submitting is truthful to the best of my knowledge; and
my submission does not knowingly violate the rights or privacy of another person.
I understand that sharing personal experiences related to foster care, trauma or family history may be emotional in nature, and I am submitting my story willingly.
By signing below, I grant Comfort Cases permission to use my Submission as described above.
