I understand that Little Sprouts operates a 48-hour cancellation policy for all PAYG sessions. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session start time are non-refundable and non-transferable. I acknowledge that discounted block bookings are offered at a reduced rate and, as such, cannot be cancelled, refunded, transferred, or amended once booked. To help maintain a safe and healthy environment for all children and families attending Little Sprouts classes, I agree not to attend any session if I or my child/children are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, including but not limited to vomiting, diarrhoea, chickenpox, fever, or other infectious conditions. Where a session is missed due to illness, the above cancellation terms will still apply.

I confirm that I am the parent, legal guardian, or authorised carer of the child/children attending Little Sprouts Baby & Toddler Classes (“Little Sprouts”). I understand that the participation in these classes and activities are voluntary and may involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to; slips, trips, falls, use of play or sensory equipment and interaction with other children and adults. I acknowledge that I am responsible for the supervision, care, and safety of my child/children at all times whilst attending any Little Sprouts classes, session, or event. This responsibility includes ensuring that both I and my child/children follow all instructions, safety guidance, and venue rules provided by Little Sprouts staff or venue representatives. I understand that Little Sprouts classes may include physical play, movement based activities, soft play equipment, sensory materials, music activities, and floor based activities. I accept responsibility for assessing whether these activities are suitable for my child/children and for ensuring they participate safely and appropriately. I acknowledge that LITTLE SPROUTS, its owners, employees, instructors, volunteers, contractors, venues, and associated partners shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, damage, or death suffered by myself or my child/children whilst attending or participating in a class or activity, except where such liability arises as a result of negligence or any other liability which cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. I further acknowledge that; all personal belongings remain my responsibility; children must not be left unattended at any time; I must inform Little Sprouts of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs that may affect participation; participation may be refused or ended if behaviour is considered unsafe or disruptive to others. And that by attending Little Sprouts classes, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and accept the associated risks on behalf of myself and my child/children.

CURRENT CLASS
Our classes currently are on Monday's at 9:30am at Headcorn Village Hall. HOWEVER, we would LOVE your help expanding into more days and age ranges over the coming months! We aim to create a safe, creative space for our little ones to grow and have fun!
