Pricing
- International travel appointments range from $863.00 - $1298.00, depending on destination requirements. This price is for the certificate only; any additional services, such as vaccines or intestinal parasite tests, will be an added cost.
This pricing may include:
- Travel document guidance
- Exam with the appropriate veterinarian
- Completion of applicable USDA travel documentation
- USDA endorsement, when required
- Paperwork shipment from the USDA, when applicable
- Additional services, such as missing vaccinations, required testing, treatments, or microchip placement, are billed separately.
A $150 non-refundable deposit is required for all international travel appointments and will be applied to the final cost.
Recommended Timeline
To help avoid delays, we recommend submitting your request as early as possible.
- For international travel that does not require rabies titer testing, please submit your request at least 45 days before travel.
- For travel requiring rabies titer testing, including Hawaii, please submit your request at least 3 months before travel.
- For travel to South Africa, please submit your request at least 4 months before travel for dogs and 3 months before travel for cats.
- For travel to New Zealand, please submit your request at least 6 months before travel.
- For travel to Australia or Jamaica, please submit your request at least 8 months before travel.
Please note that travel clearance depends on destination, airline, and government requirements. If your request is submitted inside the recommended timeline, documents may not be completed or approved before your travel date. The pet owner accepts this risk when choosing to move forward.
