    Gold LongevityMembership Terms & Conditions
    By purchasing, activating, or participating in the Gold LongevityMembership, the member acknowledges and agrees to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are derived from the Wellness Pillars Club™ Membership Agreement.


    1. Gold LongevityMembership Overview

    The Gold Longevity Membership is designed for individuals committed to prioritising long-term wellness, recovery, performance optimisation, lifestyle balance, and elevated wellness experiences through premium recovery services and exclusive member benefits.

    2. Membership Inclusions

    The Gold Longevity Membership includes:

    4 monthly recovery sessions of any of the Therapies (HBOT & HGZ)and:

    • 35% savings across Wellness Pillars Club™ services
    • 35% savings across recovery packages
    • 35% savings across selected products including HAPI Shower Filter
    • 35% savings across future Wellness Pillars Club™ products

    Priority booking access to selected exclusive wellness experiences

    • 2 annual member activity and social events
    • Annual Wellness Pillars Club™ Christmas gathering with the founder
    • Premium member opportunities and elevated wellness experiences

    Membership inclusions are non-transferable unless otherwise approved in writing by Wellness Pillars Club™.


    3. Membership Commitment

    • Minimum 3-month commitment applies.
    • Membership fees remain payable throughout the commitment period
    • regardless of usage frequency.
    • Membership payments are billed monthly.
    • An initial setup fee may apply upon joining.
    • Payments are processed automatically using the nominated payment method.

    Failure to maintain successful payment may result in suspension or cancellation of membership access and benefits.


    4. Booking & Cancellation Policy
    Members are required to book sessions in advance.

    To cancel or reschedule a booking, at least 48 hours’ notice must be provided.

    Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in:

    • forfeiture of the booked session
    • cancellation fees
    • reduced access to priority scheduling


    Wellness Pillars Club™ reserves the right to manage booking availability and scheduling capacity.


    5. Session Rollover & Expiry
    Unused sessions may roll over while the membership remains active.

    All unused sessions expire:

    • 12 months from the original membership commencement date; or
    • immediately upon membership cancellation or termination.


    Expired sessions cannot be refunded or reinstated.


    6. Membership Pause Policy
    Membership pauses may be considered at the discretion of Wellness Pillars Club™ after the initial 3-month commitment period.

    Pause requests:

    • must be submitted in writing
    • may require advance notice
    • may be limited in duration


    Membership benefits remain unavailable during paused periods unless otherwise approved.


    7. Refund Policy
    Membership payments, setup fees, and unused sessions are generally non-refundable.

    Refunds may only be considered:

    • where required under Australian Consumer Law
    • at the sole discretion of Wellness Pillars Club™


    Unused sessions, missed bookings, or changes of mind do not guarantee refunds.


    8. Medical Disclaimer
    Wellness Pillars Club™ services are designed to support general wellness, relaxation, recovery, and lifestyle wellbeing.

    Services provided:

    • are not medical treatments
    • do not replace professional medical advice
    • are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions


    Members should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before commencing wellness services, particularly if pregnant, managing medical conditions, or undergoing medical treatment.


    9. No Medical Guarantee
    Results may vary between individuals.

    Wellness Pillars Club™ does not guarantee:

    • specific outcomes
    • recovery results
    • performance improvements
    • physical improvements
    • medical outcomes


    All information provided is for general wellness and educational purposes only.


    10. Liability Waiver
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, members acknowledge and accept that participation in wellness services involves inherent risks.

    Members voluntarily participate in all services and activities at their own risk.

    Wellness Pillars Club™, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

    • injuries
    • illness
    • allergic reactions
    • health complications
    • loss or damage to personal property
    • indirect or consequential loss


    except where liability cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.


    11. Member Conduct
    Members are expected to maintain respectful behaviour toward:

    • staff
    • practitioners
    • guests
    • other members


    Wellness Pillars Club™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships where inappropriate, disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or unlawful behaviour occurs.

    No refunds will apply in cases involving breaches of member conduct.


    12. Membership Capacity
    Membership availability may be limited to maintain:

    • service quality
    • operational efficiency
    • personalised support
    • member experience


    Wellness Pillars Club™ reserves the right to close or limit membership availability at any time.


    13. Privacy
    Member information is handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws.

    Personal information may be collected for:

    • scheduling
    • membership management
    • communication
    • operational purposes


    Wellness Pillars Club™ does not sell personal information to third parties.


    14. Acceptance of Terms
    By activating or participating in the Gold Longevity Membership, the member confirms that they:

    • have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
    • voluntarily agree to these Terms
    • understand the wellness nature of the services provided
    • acknowledge all policies outlined in this Agreement
