    Registration:
    The registration fee is $150 which includes snacks/beverages and group dinner on Wednesday, and light Breakfast snacks/beverages on Thursday along with meeting room rental and meeting materials. Please register each person no later than August 20, 2026 to avoid a $15 late fee.

    Invoicing & Payment
    Payment methods include check or credit card. Please note there is a transaction fee applied to all credit card payments. WSTA will invoice you after the event.

      • WSTA Refund/Cancellation Policy

        Registration fees for cancellations made prior to 5 p.m. on August 20, 2026 either will be refunded or not invoiced. Refunds will not be made for cancellations made after this date and registrations not canceled prior to this date will be invoiced in full. Substitutions are welcome - please notify a WSTA staff if a substitution is necessary. *Prices for event are per person.
