Bedlam is a highly anticipated annual district-wide retreat for Jr. High students (grades 6-8)! Every October, hundreds of Jr. High's from across our district come together for an unforgettable weekend in Muskoka Woods!

At Bedlam, we combine adventure, fun, and spiritual growth into one epic experience. From adrenaline-pumping games and outdoor activities to inspiring messages that will challenge and encourage you, this retreat is designed to help you grow in your faith while having the time of your life.

The weekend is packed with opportunities to connect with other students, build lasting friendships, and create memories that will stay with you long after the retreat is over. This is more than just a retreat-it's a chance to step away from the everyday distractions and dive deeper into your faith, all while having an amazing time with friends.

EARLY BIRD $110 before September 28th, STANDARD $200 starting September 28th. The Last day to sign up is October 4th by midnight - please note that registration is not considered complete without payment *includes transportation, programming costs, and Muskoka Woods charges.

Bedlam Packing List

Any medications (please list all below)
Bible/journal/pen
Labelled water bottle
Toiletries - deodorant/shampoo/soap/towel
Warm clothing, coat, boots, gloves/mitts, hat, scarf, extra socks.

T-shirt & shorts

Sleeping bag / Pillow - VERY IMPORTANT!

*Your child is allowed to bring a cell phone; however, it is not recommended. If you choose to let your child bring their phone, please note that BAC, its leaders/staff and elders are not responsible for any stolen, lost or damaged phones.

Please try to restrict your packing to two bags (one for your clothes/supplies & one for your sleeping bag). We need to be able to pack 7 people in each van, so please keep this in mind while packing everything.
I acknowledge that I have read the cell phone warning and will not hold BAC liable should any damage occur to the phone or it is stolen.

Is your student interested in playing dodgeball? Each church is allowed to have 10 players play in the competition, so the first 9 BAC students to sign up will be able to play (one leader is on each team).
Medical Information
Information received is confidential and is being gathered for the purposes of serving your child while in the care of BAC. Any medical information collected here serves to authorize BAC, and its staff and volunteers, to obtain medical assistance in emergencies.
I/We give consent for the Ministry Personnel of Bramalea Alliance Church to administer the following in the event of a medical emergency (answer no if your child does not carry these medications):
Does Your Student Have Any Allergies, food or otherwise? (if not applicable please write "N/A", if you have multiple students on this form please write down the name of the child you are writing about)
Does Your Student Have Any Medical or Behavioural Concerns (if not applicable please write "N/A", if you have multiple students on this form please write down the name of the child you are writing about)
Will any of your Student be brining any medications with them (including epi-pens, asthma inhalers, and any over the counter medicine
Medications *Please put all medications (excluding Epi-Pens and Asthma inhalers) in a LABBLED Ziplock bag with your students first and last name and include the dosage and how to administer instructions*

Purposes and Extent for collecting personal information:

Bramalea Alliance Church is collecting and retaining this personal information for the purpose of enrolling your child in our program, to assign the student to the appropriate classes, to develop and nurture ongoing relationships with you and your child, and to inform you of program updates and upcoming opportunities at our church. This information will be maintained permanently as it is a requirement of our insurance company and legal counsel. If you wish Bramalea Alliance Church to limit the information collected, or to view your child's information, please contact us.
Release and Permission of Parent/Guardian:
I hereby grant permission to Bramalea Alliance Church and the Central Canadian District of The Alliance Canada and to any Alliance (C&MA) church authorised by the Bramalea Alliance Church and the Central Canadian District to use photos, videos or any other recording or reproduction of myself or my child in any medium taken during Bedlam 2026 for use in promotional materials for Bedlam or other related Alliance (C&MA) ministries/videos as well as to be used for the church social media platforms.

Depending on how many students sign up, we will either be renting cars or we will rent a bus. If we rent cars, do you give consent for your student's to be driven by a full licenced leader (We will be following all plan to protect guidelines - no student will be alone in a car with an adult)
