Complimentary Savings Account
A Savings Account will be offered to attendees, if they don't currently have one with CoastLife Credit Union. The initial $5 deposit will be made by CoastLife Credit Union. This is not mandatory, but offered.

A parent is required to be joint on accounts for minors (under 18).

If attendee is under 18 years of age, a parent must be present for the first 15 minutes to complete paperwork for the new account.

Social Security numbers for both parent and child plus parent’s physical ID is required for account opening.
Participation Waiver
By submitting this form, you approve your child’s attendance and agree to the waiver terms, including permission for your child to participate in activities at the credit union; acknowledgment that CoastLife Credit Union (CLCU), including their officers, directors, agents, board members, and employees, are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen articles; agreement to waive claims against, indemnify, and hold harmless CLCU for injuries or damages that may result at the credit union; and permission for CLCU to take photographs and/or videos of you and your minor children for documenting, promoting, and advertising purposes. Please notify the VP of Marketing if you would like to opt-out from photos and videos taken at this event by calling 361-271-1009.
