2026 WYP Golf Outing Volunteer Form

The Westfield Young Professional Golf Outing will occur on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at Wood Wind Golf Course in Westfield, Indiana.

Thank you for your interest in volunteering to assist with the Golf Outing. For us to host a successful event, we need the help of a great volunteer team.

There are three sections to complete below. A) Volunteer Information, B) Provide Your Availability and C) Provide Your Desired Volunteer Role. While every attempt will be made to place you in your desired volunteer role, there is no guarantee. We do have situations in which we need to shift volunteers around or have a volunteer not show and shuffle folks to cover a critical area.
