Thank you for your interest in participating in the August 28-29th Wings and Wheels Aviation & Car Show at the Lincoln Airport.
This is truly a very special and unique event that continues to evolve each year, as the City of Lincoln and the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce host.
As such, we have established the following guidelines and requirements for Car Show participants that each vehicle owner will be required to acknowledge receipt, review and accept via electronic signature.
Please understand Lincoln Airport is an active airport, and everyone’s safety is paramount and comes first.
Guidelines and Requirements:
-Vehicle space is limited to 250 Vehicles.
-All vehicles need to pre-register and pay the entrance fee online to receive an entry number. You can pre-register via the QR code below.
-All vehicle entry numbers will be checked at the entry gate at the Lincoln Airport. -No Entry Number - No Entry!
-Day of entry is not guaranteed as space is limited.
-All vehicles must be able to be driven into and out of the car show.
-No Vehicles on trailers and no trailers are allowed - No Exceptions!
-As each vehicle will be parked in a 10ft wide space, and in almost all cases parked directly in front of an airplane, the following will be strictly enforced;
-All Vehicles once on-site will be directed to where you will be parked.
-No pop-up tents of any kind are allowed on the tarmac, but there will be a large designated area beside the registration booth for your pop-ups.
-Do not touch, attach anything, hang on, etc.- any of the parked aircraft, as you will be liable for any damage.
-Any oversized vehicles will be directed to where they will be allowed to be parked.
-Once parked, please stop by the registration desk to pick up a voting ballot. All voting ballots must be returned to the registration desk by 12 noon.
-Pre-1980 Vehicles are preferred.
-Motorcycles will be parked in a designated collective space.
-All vehicles are to arrive between 6 am and 8 am on Saturday, August 29th, 2026.
-No drones or flying objects of any kind are allowed, and will be asked to be removed, and forfeit your participation at the event.
-The Car Show event times are from 6 am - 2:00 pm.
-Vehicle Awards will start at 1:30 pm.
