Terms and Conditions
1. Set up/Break down
1.1 Access to the Oscars room will be from 8am on Saturday 1st August, via the Mill Street entrance loading bays. Time slots will be allocated to drop off your display, to avoid conjestion on the morning of set up. Alternatively you are welcome to set up on Friday 31st July between 1pm and 5pm.
1.2 Oscars is situated on Level 1 of Ludlow Assembly Rooms, with access via lift or stairs for transporting your display. A small trolley would be highly recommended for unloading.
1.3 For the duration of the event free parking will be available at Ludlow College at the bottom of Mill Street. Alternatively parking is available in the Shropshire Council Pay & Display car parks in town.
2. PAYMENTS:
2.1 Full payment via BACs to be paid within 30 days of a successful application and offer to trade. Payment must be made to secure your booking, otherwise the space will be offered to a trader on the reserves list.
2.2 CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations may be accepted up to four weeks before the event. Cancellations received after this time will be liable for the full stall fee.
3. TRADING
3.1 All stallholders must be set up and ready to trade by 10am and not to pack up until 5pm, unless told otherwise on the day.
3.2 Ludlow Assembly Rooms provides onsite WIFI to process card payments.
3.3 The option of wall space behind your stand for picture hanging is available. This space will be allocated based on the needs of the trader.
3.4 Public Liability Insurance: Your application will only be considered if you provide evidence that you are insured for third party public liability to the value of £5m.
3.5 You may only trade in products described above, which have been made or designed by yourself.
3.6 Stallholders will be responsible for processing their own sales and manning their stands on the day. The stallholder will take full responsibility for the security and safety of their stand, with their own Health & Safety provisions in place to prevent slips/trips on boxes and cabling or injury from falling displays.
4 PROMOTION
4.1 Permission is given for photographs and basic business information provided in this form to be used in the promotion of the event.
4.2 Successful applications will be asked to provided high resolution images (complete with photo credits), to be used for artwork and promotion of the event.
4.3 General Data Protection Regulation. All personal data provided in this form will be safely used for the sole purpose of applying to/trading at LAR Summer Artisan Fair.
