By signing below, I acknowledge and agree that this waiver applies to my participation in any and all yoga classes led by Haleigh Smith in an outdoor/park setting, now and in the future.

I understand that yoga involves physical movement and inherent risks, including injury. I voluntarily participate and assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur.

I release and hold harmless Haleigh Smith from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising from my participation in these classes, including personal injury, property damage, or loss.

I confirm that I am physically able to participate and will take responsibility for modifying movements or stopping if needed.

I acknowledge that classes take place outdoors and accept any risks associated with uneven terrain, weather, or environmental conditions.

I understand that photos and/or videos may be taken during class. I consent to being photographed or filmed and grant permission for Haleigh Smith to use these images for marketing, social media, website, and promotional purposes without compensation.

I waive any right to inspect or approve images and release Haleigh Smith from any claims related to their use.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to this waiver and understand it remains in effect for all future park classes unless revoked in writing.
