1. What does this cruise certificate include?
This cruise certificate is valid for up to two guests in a complimentary Ocean View or Veranda Stateroom, based on the first page details approved. Certificate is based on availability.
As part of the Always Azamara amenities, the following are also included:
A complimentary AzAmazing Evenings® event (when available).
Gratuities for housekeeping, dining, and bar staff.
Bottled water, soft drinks, specialty coffees, and teas.
Select standard spirits, international beers, and wines.
Self-service laundry facilities.
Shuttle service to/from port communities (where available).
2. Are taxes and port fees included?
No, taxes and fees are not included and are the responsibility of the certificate
holder.
3. How do I redeem my Cruise Certificate?
To redeem your certificate:
Email CruiseRedemption@Azamara.com and include:
The name of the event where you won the certificate.
The certificate number (noted on your certificate).
Once you receive this certificate, reply to the email with the following details:
Full legal name.
Date of birth.
Citizenship.
Once the above steps have been completed, we will provide you with the Booking
Invoice and payment instructions to pay the taxes & fees.
4. Does my cruise certificate expire?
Your certificate expires sixty (60) days from the date of receipt, or within the timeframe denoted on the front page. You must make your
booking within this timeframe.
5. Where can I find the list of eligible cruises?
To receive the list of eligible voyages, please email CruiseRedemption@Azamara.com.
Allow 48 hours for a response.
6. Is my cruise certificate transferable?
No, the certificate is non-transferable and can only be redeemed and booked by the original certificate winner.
7. Can I upgrade my stateroom after booking?
No, this certificate is valid for your cruise voyage only. Any additional add on and/or packages must be purchased separately, including pre- or post-cruise packages, airfare, ground transfers, or hotel accommodations.
8. Is this certificate transferable?
No, this certificate is non-transferable and can only be used by the original recipient.
9. How do I upgrade my stateroom?
Yes, you can participate in the stateroom upgrade bidding program, subject to availability.
Nearer to your sail date, you will receive an email invitation to bid for an upgrade.
Follow the instructions in the email to submit your bid.
If your bid is successful, you will be notified via email with your updated booking information.
10. Can I use my cruise certificate for pre- or post-cruise packages?
No, this certificate is valid only for your cruise voyage. Additional purchases, such as pre- or post-cruise packages, airfare, ground transfers, or hotel accommodations, must be made separately at prevailing rates.
11. Can this be used in a group booking?
No, your cruise certificate may not be combined into groups.
