Surseen Consignment Agreement

The undersigned ("Consignor"), having requested Surseen LLC ("Consignee") to accept items of merchandise from time to time to sell for them on a consignment basis, agrees that all such transactions shall be subject to the following:
Consignor is the rightful owner of the items being consigned.
All items are subject to approval by Consignee. All items will be examined during intake. Any items found with stains, rips, missing buttons, or other imperfections will be donated or discarded as appropriate. If Consignee chooses to remedy an item's imperfection, Consignor's commission for that item will be reduced commensurately.
The "Consignment Period" is 90 days from intake. All items are subject to markdowns and other promotions at Consignee's discretion. Items may not be removed during the Consignment Period. Items not sold within the Consignment Period become the property of Consignee, unless otherwise agreed upon by Consignor and Consignee (see section for unsold item holds below).
Consignor acknowledges that pricing of all accepted items is determined at the sole discretion of Consignee based on current market trends, comparable sales data, and Surseen LLC's historical sales performance. If Consignee is unable to authenticate a designer label, the item will be priced as a replica.
Consignor will receive 40% of the sale price of items priced under $250 at the time of sale. For items priced $250 or higher at the time of sale, Consignor will receive 70% of their sale price.
For account balances of at least $20, Consignee may request a payout on or after the 15th of each month (for sales through the prior month). Account balances of less than $20 may only be used as store credit. All payouts are made via Venmo. No cash or check payments will be made.
It is Consignor's responsibility to request a payout. All monies not requested or applied as store credit by Consignor for one year will be forfeited to Consignee. Surseen LLC assumes no responsibility for forfeited monies.
Consignee will make every effort to protect your items, but Surseen LLC is not responsible for any damage including, but not limited to: damage by fire, theft, loss, try-on, water damage or natural disaster.

Item Details

Items are typically donated or used as scraps if they do not sell within the Consignment Period. If you would like an unsold item held for you to pickup after the Consignment Period, please make that request here. Please list below any specific items and their descriptions that you would like held for a period of 30 days for pickup if unsold during the Consignment Period. Please note any items unsold during the Consignment Period and not explicitly listed below or listed but not picked up within 30 days after the Consignment Period ends will be donated or discarded.

By agreeing here, you are consenting to the use of your electronic signature in lieu of an original signature on paper.You have the right to request that you sign a paper copy instead. By checking here, you are waiving that right. After consent, you may, upon written request to us, obtain a paper copy of an electronic record. No fee will be charged for such copy and no special hardware or software is required to view it. Your agreement to use an electronic signature with us for any documents will continue until such time as you notify us in writing that you no longer wish to use an electronic signature. There is no penalty for withdrawing your consent. You should always make sure that we have a current email address in order to contact you regarding any changes, if necessary.
