  • Service Guidelines & Policies

    1. Scope of Services

    I provide design services only. All deliverables are digital. I do not print, produce, or physically deliver materials. I do not handle event setup or installation.

    2. Digital Delivery

    All final designs are delivered as high-quality digital files. Files are formatted for print and/or digital use. Designs are delivered ready for immediate use or professional printing.

    3. Client Responsibility

    Once final files are delivered, the client assumes responsibility for production. This includes: Printing materials, Selecting paper type, size, and format, Coordinating with print vendors, and Event setup and usage.

    4. Printing Guidance

    All files are created to be print-ready. You may print your designs at locations such as: FedEx Office, Staples, Office Depot, Or any local print shop of your choice.

    5. Payment Policy

    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin all projects. The remaining balance is due before final files are delivered. Work will not begin until the deposit is received.

    6. Revisions

    Revisions are limited based on the selected package. Revisions include minor design adjustments only. Requests for new concepts or major changes are not included. Additional revisions will incur an extra fee.

    7. Turnaround Time

    Turnaround times vary depending on the selected service. Timelines begin once deposit and all required information are received. Delays in communication may impact delivery time.

    8. Rush Orders

    Rush services (24–48 hours) are available for an additional fee. Subject to availability. Must be confirmed prior to start of services.

    9. Communication

    All communication will take place through the designated channel (email or scheduled consultation). Response time: 24–48 hours. Consultations must be made known in inquiry form.

    10. Creative Direction

    Creative direction is guided by design expertise to ensure a cohesive and high-quality result. Client input is valued and considered. Final design decisions are made to maintain alignment, clarity, and overall visual integrity.

    11. Agreement

    By proceeding with services, you acknowledge and agree to these guidelines and policies.
