  • Do you need the school bus services for 5-Day Regular Programs / 3-Day or 2-Day Morning Programs?
  • Do you need the one-way drop off school bus services for 2-Day / 3- Day Afternoon Programs?
  • Do you need Lunch & Childcare Service for Morning and Afternoon Programs on same day?
  • Dietary Preference - Due to limited kitchen facilities, we are only able to accommodate the following dietary options:
  • Full Day Adventure Programs Age 4 - 8
  • For Full Day Adventure Programs, please select the drop off and pick up location

  • For 12 months to Age 3 Accompanied Programs

  • 2-Day Parent-accompanied Playgroup Age 2- 3
  • 2-Day Parent-accompanied Playgroup Age 12-24 months

    Please read all terms and conditions carefully before confirming and submitting your enrolment/sign-up for the Program. 

  • 1.Having read the information sheet and understood the level of supervision to be provided, I agree to my child taking part in the Adventure Program organised by Wholesome Education Limited.


    2.I understand that all reasonable care and supervision will be provided for my child during the Adventure Program. I acknowledge that my child is required to follow all instructions and directions given by the instructors and staff, and to comply with all rules and regulations governing the activities and programme arrangements.


    3.I certify that all information provided in this application/consent form is true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge.


    4.I give permission for any photographs and/or videos taken during the Program to be used by Wholesome Education Limited for educational, marketing, promotional, and publication purposes without compensation or prior notice.


    5. Program fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances. Make-up classes or alternative arrangements will not be provided for absences, sick leave, no-shows, or cancellations due to inclement weather, unless otherwise determined solely at the discretion of Wholesome Education Limited.

    6.Wholesome Education Limited reserves the right to change instructors, schedules, venues, transportation arrangements, and program content where necessary. If the number of enrolments is insufficient to operate the Program, or under any circumstances deemed appropriate by Wholesome Education Limited, the Company reserves the right to cancel, postpone, combine, or modify the Program at its sole discretion.
