The Pebble Trust is a charitable organisation based in Brighton and Hove. We invite applications for financial help from young people aged between 13 and 19, who live in the city and who wish to develop a particular talent. This might be in the field of music, sport, visual/performing arts or academia.

2.1 How much money would you like to apply for? (Awards will generally be up to a maximum of £750.
2.2 Explain in detail how this money would be spent. As far as possible, please include an exact breakdown of costs:
2.3 Explain the importance of the money in helping you to develop your talent. What goals would a grant help you to achieve?

2.4 The Pebble Trust can only give a limited number of grants each year. If there are any personal/family circumstances which you feel might be relevant to your application, please explain them here:
2.5 Please give details of any financial help you already receive. Include, for example, grants, awards, school scholarships and bursaries.
2.6 We are unable to send money directly to an applicant or their family. Schools/colleges are often willing to administer the funds on an applicant's behalf but please do check beforehand with the relevant finance department. Please supply the name, sort code and account number of the bank account to which any money should be sent. NB – without these details, your application may not be considered:

2.7 Successful applicants may reapply for a further grant after one year provided they have kept The Pebble Trust up to date with their news and progress.

If successful, would you and your parent/guardian agree to The Pebble Trust posting any images you may be willing to provide on our social media/website?
If successful, would you agree to promote The Pebble Trust to others, for example via Instagram, Facebook, school newsletters, word of mouth etc?

Please include the following:
- a supporting statement from a teacher or mentor who knows you well and is able to comment on your talent. (NB - we prefer supporting statements to come from those who do not stand to gain financially from an applicant's award.)
- any other information you would like us to consider, for example evidence of previous successes, references, letter from parent/guardian etc.
