The registration fee includes a bag, name badge, certificate of participation, abstracts, coffee break, lunch ,Gala Dinner and VAT.

• TL fees apply to participants from Türkiye.
• € fees apply to participants attending from outside Türkiye.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
-All cancellations must be sent to kongre@claros.com.tr
-For cancellation requests received on or before 31 July 2026, 50% of the remaining payment will be refunded after the Congress, after deducting transfer/bank fees. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after this date.
