The undersigned, along with any minors or other members of their party, hereby consents and agrees that Hallmark Cards, Incorporated, its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, successors, and assigns (“Hallmark”) shall own and may copyright, publish, reproduce, and use throughout the world all or any part of the photograph(s), video(s), motion picture(s), drawing(s), painting(s), sound recording(s) (whether by itself or accompanying a visual representation), or other images or recordings (hereinafter collectively “Image(s)”) taken or made of the undersigned and any minors or other members of their party in connection with Camp Crayola and associated productions taking place on or around June 22nd, 2026.
Such use by Hallmark may include any and all media (including translation or interpretation into three-dimensional form in or on useful or ornamental objects) and utilization as detailed below under "usage".
All such permitted uses shall be without any further consideration. The Images may be used in their original form or in any altered or electronically manipulated form. The undersigned releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Hallmark from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses resulting from or in connection with its use of the Image(s) as herein authorized.
The undersigned agrees never to use or disclose any designs, concepts, ideas, or other information held in confidence by Hallmark which is disclosed to or known by the undersigned, including Hallmark’s contemplated use of the Image(s).
The undersigned agrees that Hallmark has no obligations with respect to the Image(s) other than as may be stated herein, nor has Hallmark made any representations or promises with regard to its use of the Image(s) unless same are stated herein. The undersigned hereby waives any right to inspect and/or approve materials created using the Image(s).
The terms of this release form shall govern Hallmark’s use of the Image(s) notwithstanding any inconsistent terms (such as limitations on use which are not contained in this form) which may be contained in any invoice or other document which has been or is subsequently received by Hallmark from the model or his/her agent.
No such inconsistent terms shall be binding upon Hallmark unless they are contained in a written agreement signed by Hallmark which refers specifically to this release form by its date or other identifying matter.
In the event that the subject of this release is material which is being created or adapted by the undersigned for Hallmark, the undersigned hereby transfers to Hallmark full ownership of the piece(s) which he/she delivers to Hallmark.
