Spirit days are only held during the school year. School must be in session the day of your spirit day for all school associated groups. Dates are scheduled on a first come basis. Each group may have up to two spirit days per semester. Spirit days for the same group must be at least 2 weeks apart including separate groups from the same school (ex: Prosper Football and Prosper XC). A team member will follow up with you to confirm your spirit day date.

Chick-fil-A DNT and W Frontier Pkwy hosts spirit days to support school, athletic and non-profit groups or organizations in our community.

Scheduling: Spirit Days are scheduled Monday-Thursday. School associated groups/organizations must be in school the day of the spirit day. Spirit days will only be held during the local school year calendar for all groups. All spirit days are scheduled on a first come first serve basis. Please give a 24-hour notice upon cancellation of your Spirit Day Event.

Payout: Chick-fil-A will calculate the total of purchases made under your organization’s name. Your earned percentage amount will be determined by the amount of money your guests spend. The more people promote and participate, the more purchases made. We want to see your organization succeed! You will receive 20% back of the spirit day sales. You must reach at least a minimum of $200 in sales to receive a payout. Checks are written at the end of the month. We reserve the right to cancel any remaining spirit days if minimum % is not met after 2 nights. Checks will be mailed to the given address. If for any reason a check needs to be picked up in person, it must be picked up by the sponsor and proof of identity must be shown to hand over the check.

Promotion: You must promote the event to get the results that you want. It will be your organization's responsibility to promote the event to your family, friends, teachers, and neighbors. Promotion is a vital step in the process of hosting a Spirit Day. A personalized flyer will be provided for you to use. Feel free to tag us on Facebook/Instagram to reach our audience for promotion.

Spirit days cannot be promoted at Chick-fil-A DNT and W Frontier Pkwy during the spirit night. Please do not solicit guests already in the restaurant or the drive thru to mention your spirit night when they order if they did not come up there for that specific purpose.
