Group Delivery of Courses Request Form

Please use this form to request set up of group delivery of courses in the Child Passenger Safety Learning Portal at carseateducation.org. Estimated form completion time is 1-2 minutes.
Important: Please Read Prior to Completing Form

Groups can be set up two different ways:
1. Administrator Registration:
  - Group administrators register the students and assign courses, OR
2. Self-Registration:
  - Learners are provided a registration link, that includes a referral code, that will allow the learner to create an account and affiliate with the group
You will decide how the courses will be assigned/offered to the learner as well.

When completing this request, please determine which set-up will work best for your program.

Group Name - Please name your group according to your needs. It should be a name associated with your organization or specific program. For example: "Waters Transport Onboarding Training"
Do you want the learner to be assigned ALL courses you select for your group?
Group Referral Code - A referral code is needed when you plan to follow #2 above - student self-registration. This should be a short code such as an acronym or name. For example: "WTOT" as it is related to the group name.

Course Selection
Choose the courses you wish to add to your group.

Please understand that the courses offered in the learning portal change regularly.

As such, we ask that you add no more than 10 courses to your group. You can request new additions at a later date by utilizing the Group Portal Course Addition Request form.
- General Education Courses - designed for caregivers and care providers (daycare, transportation providers, foster care, etc.)
- Child Passenger Safety on School Buses - designed for pupil transportation providers or certified Child Passenger Safety Technicians
- CPST CEU Courses - designed for certified Child Passenger Safety Technicians.
Type of Course
General Education

Courses developed to provide basic knowledge of car seat and child vehicle safety. These courses can be used for car seat distribution programs, child passenger safety diversion programs, basic law enforcement training or prenatal education.

CPST CEU Courses: Technical Education

These courses are intended for certified child passenger safety professionals to meet recertification requirements. They include a 10-question quiz that require a learner to score 80% or higher to achieve a certificate. Not for use for caregiver programs.

CPST CEU Courses: Car Seat Manufacturer Updates

These courses are intended for certified child passenger safety professionals to meet recertification requirements. They include a 10-question quiz that require a learner to score 80% or higher to achieve a certificate. Not for use for caregiver programs.

Child Passenger Safety on School Buses National Training

CPST School Bus Endorsement NOTE: In order to earn the school bus endorsement, CPSTs must complete a registered course offering, in-person or hybrid delivery. Visit cpsboard.org/school-bus for more information. Completion of these individual modules of the national training is encouraged to build and/or update the learner's knowledge base, HOWEVER, the learner WILL NOT achieve the CPST school bus endorsement.
