Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that participating in dog walking and trail running activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury to myself, my dog, or others. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.
Release of Liability
I hereby release and hold harmless TrailFit Dogs, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from participation in dog walking and trail running services.
Health and Vaccination Confirmation
I confirm that my dog is in good health and up to date on all required vaccinations. I understand that I am responsible for providing accurate health information.
Emergency Authorization
In the event of an emergency, I authorize TrailFit Dogs to obtain veterinary care for my dog and agree to be responsible for any associated costs.
Behavioral Responsibility
I agree that my dog does not have a history of aggressive behavior and that I am responsible for any damages or injuries caused by my dog during services.
Photo Release
I grant permission for TrailFit Dogs to use photographs or videos of my dog taken during services for promotional purposes.
