Plans should include street names, lot dimensions, setbacks (front, side and rear), sidewalks/driveways, exact location, size & height of any existing building or structure, and exact location, size & height of any building or structure to be erected.
- Photos: Attach photos of relevant sight from all angles.
- Deed Restrictions: For properties located in Dogwood Village & Laura Lane, please submit one (1) electronic copy of your deed restrictions.
