    In accordance with NCLBGC: This class requires an identification check; NCBI requires registrants to present a picture ID (valid state or federal ID preferred) at check-in.  Registrants are required to be present for the entire duration of the course to receive NCLBGC Continuing Education Credit.

    Cliff Isaac, NCHBA's Director of Codes & Construction provides consultative services to NCHBA members on building codes, inspections and material defect issues, and represents the interests of NCHBA members before the Building Code Council, the Code Officials Qualification Board and in the General Assembly.

    M2026 - Mandatory CE Course Produced by the NCLBGC this course contains  information about changes in the laws and rules and other content applicable to general contracting.  2 Hours
    PM212 - A Residential Code Guide to Home Building  Building a house in North Carolina can be a challenge.  Between the current economic forces today, to meeting all the regulatory requirements, anyone can easily become frustrated.  The intention of this course is to help navigate the building process from start to finish with as few issues as possible.

    PM 215 - Winning with Building Inspectors  This course provide a practical overview of working with building inspectors in North Carolina.  Participants will learn inspector roles, key regulations, and strategies to handle common inspection challenges, improve communication, and keep projects on track.     2 Hours
