NEIBA offers multiple types of booths to suit exhibitors' needs: corner booths, wall booths (with placement along the side walls and back wall), and table booths. Corner and wall booths are exclusive to NEIBA members. Table booths are available to all. To view a map of our show floor layout, click here.
Exhibitors are prohibited from bringing additional furniture or non-table top displays, as these items can block aisles/fire exits.
Unless you are a 1st time exhibitor at a table booth, all exhibitors must be NEIBA members for the 2026-2027 membership year (active July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027).
This form is to join the waitlist for a table booth.
A Table Booth ($750 for the first table; $600 for additional tables; $600 per table for 1st time exhibitors) includes:
1 draped table (each 6’ x 2’)
2 folding chairs
1 wastebasket
1 22” x 28” printed sign to hang from the front of your table
Up to 2 complimentary exhibitor badges (author badges are separate)
