I understand that all costume sales are final due to the custom nature of production. I understand that deposits and payments are non-refundable. I acknowledge that I am responsible for selecting the right costume size. I understand that a parent or designated adult is responsible for supervising my child throughout the event. I grant permission for CAMO, CAMO Kidz and BSOCCAH to photograph and/or record my child for promotional purposes.
