Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the Sandy Hook Foundation, a nonprofit and the official friends group for the National Park Service at Sandy Hook, NJ. We need support throughout the summer at the Spermaceti U.S. Lifesaving Station welcoming visitors, supporting our retail store and with other programming and special events throughout the year. First time volunteers will need to complete training and undergo a background check. You must be 18 years or older to register to volunteer without an adult.
