This warranty guarantees that the product will not break, tear, or deform under normal, non-commercial usage. XTREME GOLF CART MATS will provide warranty service to all floormats that break or tear due to a manufacturer's defect within 1 year. Intentional damage or damage by an outside force such as an animal chewing on the mat, golf spikes, or the mat being damaged during installation, will not qualify for warranty consideration. Altering the mat in any way will void the warranty. If the warranty is approved, a full replacement will be provided. Shipping is not included.
