By joining the Rinse and Radiate V.I.P Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Membership services are available by appointment only.
Members must maintain an active payment method for recurring services.
Membership benefits and pricing may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and selected plan.
Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, salt buildup, or heavily neglected vehicles.
Membership appointments are subject to availability and weather conditions for mobile services.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Missed appointments without notice may result in cancellation fees or loss of membership benefits.
Membership perks and discounts are non-transferable and apply only to the registered vehicle/customer.
Rinse and Radiate reserves the right to modify membership pricing, services, or benefits with notice.
Memberships may be paused or canceled at any time depending on the selected plan agreement.
