S.H.E. Lab — Supporting Her Elevation in Events & Brand Experiences is an initiative of Discovering Butterflies designed to provide emerging young women professionals with guided exposure, experiential learning, industry access, and leadership development opportunities within the global events and brand experiences industry.

The Summer Cohort is a curated 90-day experience taking place July–September 2026. Participation is intentionally limited to foster meaningful engagement, access, and support throughout the cohort experience.

Submission of this interest application does not guarantee cohort selection. Selected applicants may be invited to participate in a brief virtual conversation as part of the selection process.
