House Sitter Registration
If your household is in need of a house sitter while the homeowner is away, you may request temporary access to the Pool Facilities for the approved house sitter. Each household may receive a maximum of one house sitter access pass per occurrence, with no more than three occurrences permitted between Memorial Day and Labor Day. The house sitter must be an adult (18 years of age or older) and is only permitted access to the Pool Facilities while overseeing the home in the homeowner’s absence. No guests are permitted with a house sitter pass. Any violation of this permission may result in the deactivation and surrender of the house sitter’s access pass. In addition to the homeowner, the house sitter must sign the Facilities Use Agreement and House Sitter Agreement Waiver and pay a fee of $30 per occurrence.

I understand that house sitter access is limited to aquatic facilities only and does not include access to other amenities unless otherwise approved.
I understand that no guests are permitted with a house sitter pass.
I understand that if the house sitter uses the aquatic facilities during Friday–Sunday or other peak times (including Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day holiday periods), usage will be deducted from the homeowner’s ten (10) complimentary peak-day guest passes.
I understand that each household is limited to a maximum of three (3) house sitter pass occurrences between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

I understand that misuse of the house sitter access pass may result in immediate deactivation of access privileges.
I understand that the homeowner is responsible for the actions and conduct of the house sitter while using the community facilities.
I understand that house sitter access is granted only while the homeowner is away and for the purpose of overseeing the home and property and the owners access will be deactivated.
I understand that providing false information on this registration may result in denial or removal of access privileges.
House sitter passes are valid from Memorial Day to Labor Day in the same Calendar Year.
