ALL ORDERS PICKED UP IN DISPOSALE CONTAINERS

Payment Terms:

Full payment on all orders is due and may be made via PayPal upon submission of your order. Your order will not be processed until full payment is received.

Administrative Fees:

A small administrative fee will be added to your order total which is due upon submission.

Delivery is not available . ALL ORDERS MUST BE PICKED UP 

ALL orders MUST be picked up: Monday - Friday ( 9 am - 2:30pm)

You may select a later time ONLY if your order is pre-approved for a pick up time outside our office hours AND if this is confirmed. 

PLEASE READ PAYMENT, ORDER TIME ALLOWANCE (48-72 HOURS), ADJUSTMENT REQUEST PROCEDURE AND CANCELLATION TERMS AND POLICIES BELOW AND INDICATE ANY ALLERGIES BEFORE SUBMITTING ORDER.

ANY ADJUSTMENTS TO CURRENTLY PLACED ORDERS NEED TO BE REQUESTED BY SENDING AN E-MAIL, AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF CURRENTLY SCHEDULED PICK-UP OR DELIVERY TIME, TO TAMPA@RADIANTHANDS.ORG

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled event MAY qualify for 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled event WILL not be refunded.  

All proceeds go directly to the Radiant Dessert chefs preparing your order.
