  • PLEASE SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTATION:

    • Business License: Submit electronic copies of business licenses and any other relevant serving licenses (health inspection, etc.)
    • Site Plan: Submit one (1) electronic copy of site plan including street names, lot dimensions, setbacks (front, side and rear), sidewalks/driveways, parking, exact location, size & height of any existing building or structure, and exact location, size & height of roadside stand.
    • Photos: Attach photos of the roadside stand and the site placement from all angles.

  • Roadside Stands are permitting in the R1, C1 & C2 Zoning Districts provided:

    • Roadside Stands are limited to one-thousand (1,000) square feet.
    • Off-street parking is provided at a ratio of one (1) space per two hundred (200) square feet of stand with a minimum of two (2) parking spaces. 
    • Roadside Stands may be opened from April 1 through December 31 each year, provided that such stands must:
      • Be removed from the premises or stored at the end of the season.
      • Be removed from the premises or stored if left vacant for more thann fourteen (14) days.
    • Roadside Stand permits must be renewed annually.

    By signing and submitting this application, the applicant affirms that they are authorized to submit this permit application on behalf of the property owner, business, or entity identified herein, and certifies that all information, statements, and materials provided in connection with this application are true, accurate, and complete to the best of their knowledge and belief. The applicant understands that any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in denial, suspension, or revocation of the permit and may subject the applicant to any applicable penalties under Town ordinances or other applicable law.
     

    No stand can go up until you receive an approved permit. NO EXCEPTIONS.
