  • Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of Rewind Collection, LLC. We have included descriptions of our membership tiers below. This is all very new to us, so these options are subject to change as we learn, grow, and come up with new ideas.

    We want these services to be accessible for everyone! If you want to participate but are short on funds, let us know and we can work something out. 

    That being said, we do need your help to keep doing what we are doing, and to give you the video store of your dreams!

          • Membership Agreement 

            At this time, only members can rent; memberships are not transferable to others. You may cancel or suspend your membership at anytime. Membership fees will be charged once a month to the credit card on file.

            Items unreturned a month past their due date may be considered stolen and assessed a replacement fee at our actual replacement cost (including any taxes and shipping and handling); accounts will be suspended until the replacement fee has been paid. 

            I agree to care for each rented item to the best of my ability. I agree to keep discs in their cases to avoid scratches. I agree to handle tapes carefully and store them in a cool and dry space while they are in my possession. 

            I understand that the failure to return items on time and/or the return of items in damaged condition may result in them being considered stolen or broken. I understand that in such cases I may be assessed a replacement cost for lost, broken, or stolen items in addition to my membership fee, and I understand that my borrowing privileges may be suspended until I settle those replacement costs. I affirm that the above contact information is correct and have read and understood the specific rules and privileges associated with the membership plan I have selected. I agree to all of those terms.
