The public is welcome to rent the pavilion located at the Community Park (105 Sycamore Lane, Galena, MD 21635). Rentals are on a first come, first serve basis.
Rental Costs
- Town Residents (within town limits): $100 per day
- Kent County Residents: $125 per day
- Non-Residents: $150 per day
- Nonprofit Organizations: Two (2) free rental per year; thereafter, $50 per day

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

I release and hold harmless and agree to not bring any action or suit against the Town of Galena, its agents, owners, shareholders, employees, or anyone affiliated with the Town of Galena. The Town of Galena releases from any liability resulting from any personal injury to myself, including death, or damage which is caused by the breach of any express or implied warranty of the negligent act. I hereby confirm that I am in good physical condition and do not suffer from any disabilities or physical conditions that place me or others at risk or otherwise physically inhibit participation in the event. By this waiver and release, I assume any risk and take full responsibility and warranty of any and all claims of personal injury and death or damages to, but not listed, my use of the Town of Galena property or engaging in activities on or near the premises on the dates the rental is for. I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and fully agree to the terms of this agreement. I understand and confirm by signing this document that I have given up future legal rights. I sign this waiver and release voluntarily, under no duress or threat of duress, without inducement, promise, or guarantee being communicated to me. My signature is proof of my intent to execute a complete and unconditional waiver and release of all liabilities in force under the law. I am eighteen (18) years of age or older and mentally competent to enter into this waiver

RULES AND REGULATIONS

I acknowledge that I have received and read the rules and regulation of the park & town facilities as outlined in the Town of Galena Code. I commit to following these regulations to the best of my ability, and I understand that there are penalties for violation of these regulations.

By signing and submitting this application, the applicant affirms that they are authorized to reserve and use the pavilion on behalf of themselves or the organization identified herein. The applicant further certifies that all information provided in connection with this reservation request is true, accurate, and complete to the best of their knowledge and belief. The applicant acknowledges responsibility for complying with all Town rules, regulations, and conditions governing use of the pavilion and understands that failure to comply may result in cancellation of the reservation, forfeiture of any fees or deposits, denial of future reservations, and/or other enforcement action as authorized by the Town of Galena.
