Emergency /Priority Service Rates. All rates are based on an 8 Hour rate for Priority Tree Mitigation work. Part of the 8 hours is a port to port charge of 1 hour pre and 1 hour post that reflects actual paid time to organize and deploy as well as return and secure personnel and equipment-
