Court Three is the space between the polished shop floor and the systems behind it, the delayed special order, the frustrated guest, the overwhelmed teammate, the member who needs more than the policy can answer. This session will challenge golf retail professionals to see those moments differently, not as interruptions, but as opportunities to build trust, loyalty, and a culture people can feel. Brett Mucheck will share practical, immediately usable tools for creating stronger interactions, owning the next step, recovering when things go wrong, and making sure no member or guest feels lost inside a problem. Because the standard is not proven when the day is easy. It becomes real in Court Three.
