Children's Book Day Festival Registration

1. Acts On Stage does not have elevator or ramp access. Please consider this when planning your vendor setup, especially if it includes heavy items or requires an elaborate arrangement.

2. If you leave your items on site overnight, Acts On Stage Theater is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

3. Please maintain professionalism at all times during your participation as a vendor. Kindly refrain from bringing personal items or outside food that may cause a disturbance to others.

To ensure that the Children’s Book Day Festival provides an engaging, educational, and family-friendly experience, all books and materials must meet the following criteria for participation:

1. Books must be appropriate for children, teens, families, educators, or parents.
   Content should promote literacy, creativity, imagination, cultural awareness, positive social-emotional learning, or educational enrichment.
2. We welcome picture books, chapter books, middle-grade novels, young adult literature, educational resources, poetry, and culturally diverse storytelling.
3. Books containing explicit adult content, graphic violence, hate speech, discriminatory messaging, or inappropriate language for youth audiences will not be accepted.
4. Authors and vendors are encouraged to feature inclusive and diverse stories that positively represent various communities and experiences.
5. Independent authors, publishers, literacy organizations, educational programs, and bookstores are welcome to apply.

Festival organizers reserve the right to review and decline materials that do not align with the mission and values of the event.

Vendor tables are complimentary; however, space is limited. We are able to accommodate only 20 vendors for the festival, and participation will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis upon registration.
