My name is Hector Bustillos, otherwise known as Latdaddie. I’ve competed in powerlifting for the last 16 years, am a National Referee for Powerlifting America, and am an ISSA certified strength and conditioning coach. I believe that no frills, simple training methods are the way to go. My goal is to help you become your most powerful self through general fitness, strength training, or powerlifting. I can provide 1:1 sessions, online programming, group sessions or a mixture of all of the above to help you achieve your goals. Whether your interests are in competitive powerlifting, wanting to extend and improve your day-to-day quality of life, building a specific silhouette, or being athletic as hell for fun, I’d love to work with you!
