By submitting this rental request/application, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Oshi’s Studio reserves the right to approve or deny rental requests, workshops, vendor participation, or event applications based on event fit, quality, space availability, safety, and overall brand alignment. Submission of this form does not guarantee booking or acceptance. Events are confirmed only after approval and receipt of payment and/or deposit. Rental rates are $85/hour with a 2-hour minimum rental requirement, and the maximum event capacity is 50 guests. Setup and breakdown time must be included within the reserved rental timeframe. Renters, facilitators, vendors, and event hosts are responsible for managing their own registrations, ticketing, RSVPs, attendee communication, inventory, pricing, and event logistics unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Workshop facilitators are responsible for providing all supplies, materials, and equipment needed for their class or workshop. Vendors are responsible for maintaining and updating their inventory and pricing as needed, and Oshi’s retains a 20% commission on all vendor sales made through the shop, platform, or event space. Renters and vendors are responsible for ensuring that all products, workshops, events, and materials comply with applicable laws, copyrights, and trademark regulations. Oshi’s Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items, artwork, inventory, supplies, or personal belongings. Renters are responsible for supervising guests and covering any damages caused during the rental period. All trash, décor, supplies, food, beverages, and personal belongings must be removed immediately following the event. Oshi’s reserves the right to photograph events, artwork, workshops, products, and attendees for marketing, social media, website, and promotional purposes. Outside catering, alcohol, vendors, entertainment, or amplified sound may require prior approval. Music and audio levels must remain respectful of neighboring businesses and tenants. Additional rental fees may apply if the reserved timeframe is exceeded. Repeat bookings, recurring classes, and multi-class/workshop package options may be available upon request.
